Lineaire Group invests in value-add, repositioning, and development opportunities whereby it can add value through its institutional underwriting approach, knowledge of the market, and talented design and project management team.

Criteria for Investment 

Value-add / Repositioning Opportunities:
Target cash flowing assets between $5 - $35M that have upside potential

Development Opportunities:
Target site acquisitions of $1 - $10M, to develop projects ranging $10 - $100M in total capitalization
